Ahem... he ain't transporting, he's the transporter. So by your sitings, transporting passengers (people) requires another class of license which I venture to guess is not what the driver holds. Perhaps maybe get grasp of the meaning and [classification] of transporting passengers. "TRANSPORTER ROOM... BEAM ME UP SCOTTIE"
