    I'll generally take my drinks in the morning right after waking up, and when I'm going through a large metropolitan area. If I don't need it I don't drink it, and I actually think to myself, "do I need this?"

    I'm immune to caffeine but I second taking a nap right around sunrise. When you wake up not only will you be refreshed from the hour of sleeping but because the sun is rising it'll trick your brain into going into daytime mode!
