    What's the deal with the entrance to the Dallas OC? I've heard you guys mention it before but never heard the problem with it. I saw a lot of barriers when I was on 20 last night but is there anything I need to look out for in the dark? If this unload in San Antonio takes the 8 hours that I was warned about, the OC might be my only place to park tonight.

    Go very very slow! Three trucks dropped off in there in the past two weeks, never to be seen again.

    I'm partially correct. If you're waiting on a dispatch then technically it is supposed to be logged on-duty:

    On-duty time shall include:

    (1) All time at a plant, terminal, facility, or other property of a motor carrier or shipper, or on any public property, waiting to be dispatched, unless the driver has been relieved from duty by the motor carrier;
