drop yards?

    Its not a drop yard, but one of our shippers. We do a lot of drop n' hooks out of there, so there are empty trailers there. Its not a place you can drop a loaded trailer.

    Just so ya know, its not necessary to have a local drop yard in order for you to do hometime...

    Which is good news for me considering that I would have to have a spacetruck capable of Warp Factor 2 to get to the nearest drop yard from my domicile! :biggrin_2559:

    Most of the major cities, but more importantly - got shippers down there we do drop n' hooks at. They need empty trailers. Laurens is a good bet.

    thanks ip, columbia and laurens are about an hour from me. augusta ga is about 35 minutes and atlanta is about 2 hours. aiken sc is close too. good chance there is a yard at one of them right.

    You'd probably drop emptys in Laurens and pick up a load out of there on the way back out. Bobtail to and from the house from there.

    that would work for me, know the area pretty well and its not that far away. just a hop, skip, and jump outta my truck at home. thank big ip, keep tellin us about the other areas as well.

    Laurens WMCP shut down about a year ago. We no longer have empties there, and we no longer load out of there.

    I'll have to find a place to drop my skateboard....
