What’s the rest of the story that is being left out from your friend because it sounds like he failed the drug alcohol test if that was the case how’s he even still driving?

Something seems fishy about this story.
Did your “friend” not know they are subject to pre-employment,random and post crash drug tests?

 

His “friend” would have been put oos and his carrier would have been fined up their caboose. Carriers need to check the database every year so op playing dumb doesn’t float.

Smells fishy because the op is lying..it’s more like they tested hot at some point and tried flying under the radar.

You know, just as your "friend" knows that in order to operate a commercial vehicle random (and pre-employment) drug testing is required. No excuses.

For the record, I don't support drug nor alcohol testing unless they're used to prove impairment. However, I don't make the rules and in order to work in their arena I must follow said rules. If I have to follow them...so does your "friend."
