If you are a member of OOIDA they have a program that is designed for trucking. The company is CMCI and is very easy to work with. They will even find a local testing facility for you. Just make sure that you have a copy of the negative results in your hand before you haul a load. It is one of the hot button items they look for when they do your audit. And if you don't go with OOIDA make sure you use one that is geared for trucking first. FMCSA rules are different than other safety programs and you don't want your program to be invalidated by the DOT. They put the responsibility on you to make sure it is following the rules and that is almost impossible to figure out unless you are running it.
