    The DOT Clearinghouse was set up by the FMCSA, and yes, only the trucking industry uses it.

    So the clearinghouse could never get hacked or be subject to internal tampering? Seems every gov't agency springs a leak now and then :rolleyes:

    Pretty sure it’s all federally moitered transportation, so rail and maritime will be using it as well, other then that it’s a private/ usually an insurance thing

    Why do people spout stuff without even doing a simple search first?

    No, the FMCSA's drug and alcohol clearinghouse doesn't include anything outside of what the FMCSA has jurisdiction of. Specifically commercial motor vehicles and the companies and employees directly employed by such.
