    WiseOne's Comments, ummmm ok! Now that is ridiculous. Guess they are going to have to layoff thousands more workers in New York because of a drunk, sigh.

    These kind of lawsuits and monetary awards just really tick me off. The guy was a drunken idiot, so he gets money? What is wrong with that picture?

    Unfortunately this happened because ther are no safety ropes or barricades preventing the cattle oh I mean people from falling in the way of a train. While I disagree with him getting that much money I can see how he won it.
    He was drunk, but decided to take the subway instead of putting people at risk by driving, I am so sure that his lawyer played all that kind of junk up, so the jury gave it to him.
    I am not siding with the guy just pointing out a possible strategy that was used to get him the cash.
