Maybe if the ALCOHOL/DRUG CHECK occured at one of these OTHER checks, this wouldn't have happened ~ !

 

So much for drug testing and roadside inspections. It looks as though several people failed to do their job.

 

They don't normally do roadside Drug and Alcohol testing during.a DOT inspection unless there is a reasonable suspicion the driver is under the influence, or they see something in the truck that indicates the driver has been using something.
