Dry Bulk Sugar Unloads

    The blower is just a compressor ( Vein type ) Gardner Denver, Blowers do not create pressure, they create flow or volume, restriction creates pressure. If you cut your product valve back just a bit your pressure will drop a little but you very well may unload faster. Works with salt. Also pressure will create condensation as the air gets hot then cools which can in the case of sugar and salt create problems.

    We used Gardner Denver CycloBlowers (and one Drum blower which was a piece of junk) back when I used to haul dry bulk. But I never hauled food grade. Those numbers just made it sound like you have a really good blower.
