There is no best way. Sometimes I would unload two hoppers at once. That gave me more time to chill in my fold out lawn chair wearing my cool sunglasses. I sat it at the gauges with in arm reach of my line valve. I got a nap in every once in a while :)

Be sure to work for a company that has a muffler on the blower. That muffler makes it much easier on the ears. Then you may not need a glove compartment full of ear plugs ;)

When you load.. Give the cement a couple of miles to set and get rid of the air in the cement as it is like liquid.going over speed bumps, dips , anything to set the load or you can roll the trailer. Just take it easy especially on curves..when it sets then go for it. On unloading everybody does it different i unload the back hole or the back trailer first and then move forward, then when empty hit all of the valves, just in case some product slid down into the other hole. If you have problems plugging up, open only one hole and put the product hose over a 5 gallon bucket. It changes the flow. Cement is one of the easiest to haul and blow off..it just takes time, and don't get Ina rush, or you just might spend more time unplugging the hose. It just takes time, and never turn the blower off if you plug up, relieve the air in the tank.. If you turn the blower off if you plug up, good chance product will end up in the pump, no matter how many foot valves you have in the air line. Good luck.
