    It is a nice trailer.

And I am not even a company or a driver for that matter. I don't do skirts though. But California requires them so.

land is very expensive out here in San Jose area, less then a acre would roughly be around a million, and appreciate all the comments towards the trailer really had babied the trailer since new but sadly would have to sell it due to the rates, and I only run cali, so plan was just to get a reefer and run from the Bay Area to LA and back.

I am happy you appreciate the love on that trailer.

Ive seen a million trailers and am bored by them. But once in a while a jewel comes along like this one.

If you had a fleet of tractor trailers of that quality you would be having your pick of the litter among top hands wanting to run for you. The money will take care of itself.

yeah boss man.. I did have a very small fleet of 3 trucks freightliner, studio sleeper t660 and a t680 all were highly spec'd with 13 speed and all of them had over 500HP, sadly it wasn't meant for me to run the business ,drivers damaging the equipment me putting to much money into the trucks trying to keep my equipment in "tip top" condition then getting out of them had to sell them too.. oh well life has its ups and down.. now just living life and run from the bay to LA about 2 round trips every week then. life's good.

I live in the north bay (Sonoma County) and pay $150 a month for my truck and trailer parking. I found a company that runs dump trucks 5 minutes from my house, and just called the owner and asked if he wanted to make a few extra bucks per month.. He said $150 a month and I've been there going on 2 years.

I run reefer, and never go to LA. Rates north to south suck, and coming back you need to run loads to OR or WA from LA to make decent money. That is unless you know somebody who is connected and that can send loads your way that pay well.

Those doors look beautiful. But OP will be better served to get pictures of the interior. Particularly the weather stripping, roof and floors etc.
