look around your area , watch and read the company names on the door slammer flatbeds in your area.

check out any block or brick making companies. check out. lumber yards example (84 lumber, Lowes, home depot)

even look into. pod storage units hauled on flatbed.

last but not least. camp out at the truckstops in the area. write down the names of flatbed outfits. note who you see a lot.

    good luck

It has nothing to do with caring; she says she's pregnant and wants to enter the trucking field as a flatbedder. She made it part of the issue.

Why do you want to flatbed? Are you and your husband planning on teaming? How does a baby fit in to all this? Have you considered moving somewhere else?

I read all of your guy's replies, and thank you for all of the Insight. :)

To explain it better, I am due in mid august, My husband (btw his name is Kris) is already running fladbed locally.. hauling Rebar out of CMC in Mesa. If I can get on with
his company we would be working with his mom on a sitting schedule, since she works on the weekends. she WANTS to do it, I was skeptical thinking I should just stay
home for the first year, she lives with us, and for the guys that do not know what a breast pump is.. lol the babe will be well fed. However. the job was something my husband
and I have been talking on and off about. I have been riding around with him for a few days, learning what he does. Hauling Rebar is pretty simple. he works from 4 am to 2pm
everyday and brings in 1700 every two weeks. If we both did this we would be financially comfortable.. Not rich. But, since I now know about the Rebar runs.. I would be happy
with that locally. This is my first Kid, and I have read and heard from other girl friends what is entailed.. I can't not work, and I didn't get my CDL for nothing. Just because I have
a kid coming doesn't mean, life is over. . :)
