As a new driver with one year experience, I can tell it’s a great place to work. The onboarding process was smooth when I joined, the team made sure I felt supported and confident right from the start. I got the orientation calls from Safety and Maintenance team, they made sure that everything is done before I started driving. Everything was done in 3 days. I only lost 1 day waiting for the package but they were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me happy and welcomed. Currently leasing a dry van trailer.

What really stands out to me is the 24/7 support, the night dispatch team has been incredibly helpful. When I started, there was an error with my fuel card late in the night, saying that the limit was exceeded and it got me mad because I haven't even put a gas all day! Called afterhours department, the guy was helpful and fixed the issue within 5 minutes.

It's great that there is an option for personal dispatch. My personal dispatch, he has been exceptional. He always listens to my needs and consistently provides me with the best paying loads, which makes my job easier. His level of dedication and attention to detail has made a huge difference in my overall experience.

All this time, I can tell that I feel so valued here and I am looking forward to continue with this company. If you are looking for a great company to work for, I highly recommend this one!
