That's a lot of popcorn Porkchop!
I see a lot of those DSI sand cans sitting at that Dunkin Donuts in Wyalusing PA. If you are in the area just stop by and talk to the drivers. I bet if you buy them coffee and a donut they will tell you everything you need to know about their company.
rabbiporkchop Thanks this. -
I've spoken to a bunch and from what I hear the rates don't seem to justify sleeping in a truck with no access to regular showers.

Wyalusing pa is about 4 hours from me. Just have to find a job asap and i won't do anything but bulk. It's between these two companies as a company driver or put my 85 back on the road and go to page or bones hauling end dumps

Got a week to make a decision

Strictly my opinion as I'm not familiar with either company specifically. But, Wayne Sell has been a constant fixture in Western PA since I started driving in the early nineties. DSI has seemingly moved in to the area with the oil/gas boom, I'd tend to favor the local company that's been here a while. Maybe I'm wrong about DSI, but I recall the "prancing horse" and "Armstrong Cement" of WW Sell since 1990 or so. Not sure exactly where you live, but there are other driving options on the "28 corridor" - Ward in Harmarville for LTL, Cory Fox has nice equipment, and Hess up towards Kittanning seems to be a decent company.rhmc Thanks this.

Live about 45 min north of youngstown ohio on the ohio side of the ohio pa line

There are a few sand haulers in NW Ohio and a couple in Erie, PA that are a little closer to you.rhmc Thanks this.

I ran sand in that area several years ago and i would drive up to the J in Gibson for fuel and a shower every few days. Good thing i had big fuel tanks to go several days without refueling. I drove for a little outfit leased onto High Country, the rates weren't very good back then, i'm sure they aren't any better now.rabbiporkchop and rhmc Thank this.
