Thanks for he response Heavy D!

Have checked all relays fuses and wires throughout the week. An electric tech told me it was the computer that was bad. Just looking at what other options there could be before i go out and buy a new one =[

The main 100 amp buss 32v fuse is melted on one end. Checked the voltage on both posts and they read 12.34. Havent checked it with key on crank though.

Hey Heavy D, thanks for the reply!

I did a voltage drop test on both post at batteries and starter. Voltage stays constant at both multimeters. 12.31 give or take.

The main fuse is a little melted on one of the ends, cleaned up all terminals and posts on fuse holder. Checked voltage at posts with fuse and all wires connected, 12.34v.

Have not tried under load (while cranking)

old starter was dragging quite a bit. Old batteries were toast.

all relays click on both fuse boxes and no resistance on them.

safety neutral switch seems to be ok. The 3 connectors at IDM had some oil leaking out when I unplugged to check for cleanliness.
