DT570 with DTC 525 & 534

I have International Truck 7500 model 2006. The amber engine is shown and the truck cranking but not starting. The engine give errors 525 & 534 active and 451 to 456 inactive.

Is that means that I have to replace the IDM.

 

Thank you I found short on the IDM relay connection 86
But also I have 422 & 425 with hard starting in the manual it indicates a harness or coil is open.
Or is it a bad injector

 

After Testing the X1–6 to X1–24 found it was 4.5 ohm but when tested X1-6 to C it was less than 1.5 ohm and C to D at cylinder head cover injector connector got also less than 1.5 ohm. Same also with injector No 5 at closed coil power.
I don't know where the deference in resistance went.
