every state has a statute which addresses use of deadly force by a police officer. The suspect doesn’t necessarily have to be an active shooter or armed when they are shot. Think of a serial killer. Not armed and fleeing. Law enforcement believes they are a threat to the lives of the community due to the crimes already committed. Boom. Justified. Minnesota

 

Same. I built a 6.5x47 Lapua several years back with a custom 26" bull barrel. First bolt gun i ever built.

Clean barrel would be a flyer, but you could finish 50 rounds before accuracy suffered. Ended up using it in 1K yard matches, averaging 8" groups at 1K yards.
