If he was doing doordash there will be evidence there. Like a doordash red hot bag and a red debit/credit card that is issued by the company as one of the means of payment. Sometimes they wear a doordash hat or shirt. There will be a record through doordash of the deliveries he had performed on that date.

 

Also doordash is a phone app. The driver clicks on the app and a map of the area shows up broke down into sections. The map tells the driver what areas are hot with orders at that time. The driver clicks on the area they want to work and signs in as on duty ready to deliver. They then choose the order they choose to do. They are then given the address and delivery information. The cops can also see where he was at by his phones location.

i ain't gonna play games with a state by state listing of all the laws regarding cops and fleeing suspects.....
"in general" cops CAN SHOOT a fleeing suspect.

where as "in general" a person that has a CCW, CAN NEVER shoot at a fleeing thug, that amounts to assault with a deadly weapon or murder charges as the "threat" is leaving, and NO LONGER a threat to you........ a ccw person CAN ONLY SHOOT at a thug approaching in a threatening manner, and you are in fear of your life.

again...."in general", not a state by state "instances" where this or that can or cannot be done....

 

There's no need for you to do that because all state laws and agency policies must be in compliance with the Court's ruling.

Let's be clear. Cops don't shoot just any fleeing suspect. Just like in the subject of this thread. The moment he discharged his gun. He became a threat.

When they use a vehicle to try and strike a cop while fleeing. They become a threat...etc.
