Until they decide to sue you or give you a ticket, then you become a professional again.

theree is due process but you wont find it in csa 2010. due process you have to put in place as a individual . first you have to get cited, then you haved to get an attorney, then you and your attorney have to take it to court and plead not guilty , then the judge has to rule in your favor such as a verdic not guilty then you have beat the charge and that does not mean it will go away then you have to peticion the court to have it removed now after all that is should be gone , should be not a sure thing you have to keep checking to be sure. nice system huh, aint big brother great.

luck to all, it's goin to get worse count on it . southernpride

Until the truck drivers of this nation grow some "balls", like those over in Europe and especially France, we will continue to be "chewed and spit out". But as my daddy said years ago, "the poor white man doesn't have enough sense to stick together, he is either stabbing his fellow worker in the back or visa versus"

I'm afraid to say, but don't think the truck drivers or the whole "American Nation" will grow any balls any more. These people are not like those ones that rebelled against the king and founded this country...:biggrin_25513: The government will keep getting stronger, more demanding, more controlling and people will keep taking it and taking it.... :bootyshake:

Well sure. And until the situation becomes "intollerable" we will keep taking it. Its asking a lot for an individual to risk everything they have to commit insurrection - which is illegal in the Constitution. Remember, just about every one of the men who signed the Declaration of Independence were wealthy, and almost to a man lost everything by the time the Revolution was over.

If you've read about "Those Ones," most of the colonists were Tories, and the rebellion was started by a small group in Boston. They were able to instigate events that started the rebellion - believing (rightly so) that the situation in the colonies had become "intollerable." They then were able control the information flow coming out of Boston, which did not accurately represent the events that preciptated the rebellion.

Ya know that wood cutting that Paul Revere did of the line of British soldiers firing at the little kids throwing snowballs? It was in actuality a mob of hundreds of Bostonians taunting ONE British guard. Eventually he is reinforced by a squad of soldiers, and their lieutenant. The crowd chants, "FIRE, FIRE, FIRE!" Eventually they do. John Quincy Adams got the British officer off of civil charges in court.

    Question about CSA 2010.

If we get a ticket in a 4 wheeler is this going to count on the CSA score?

The insurance companies are still going to require the trucking companies to pull your DMV record.

Very soon you will have to keep a very clean DMV and CSA record. Both are going either help or hurt you.

This is what aggravates me the most with the "system".. It's rediculous to have to monitor driving credentials after beating a stupid ticket of some sort much the same as you do with your credit or financial information after you've dealt with or been exposed to a crook.. But that's how it is..

For alot of violations that will show up on CSA2010, you don't have the option of going to court.. Notice that a DOT inspection must be signed by the carrier and mailed in within 15 days..

I've already been in this situation, was cited for a falsified logbook and won the dispute in court, but the inspection got turned in and was reported way before my court date..
So how accurate are these safety scores when many times they're based on violations that were dismissed or where the accused was found not guilty..

Then you have the "fix-it tickets" and warnings which never go to court.. In most cases they're written on some basis of a quota, and it's usually for something stupid or you would've got the real deal to start with.. $$$$$
