dui esponged from record

    I got a copy of my DMV report and it goes back to when I first got my drivers license so lie is not a good idea!!

    with arizona..i can get an online mvr...but they only go 49 months back...i am getting my dac and background check....applied at swift to see if they would hire me,,,but not saying i am going with em...

    going to check some smaller outfits out..and true..not driving in the past 3 yrs hurts.............

    if i keep working in the health field..will have to get my knee operated on..its not going to take another 8 yrs of that.

    i have got interested again, and had a couple of companys that might be interested in me...the one stated they go so far back and that was it on the duis...he stated that since it was 1995, it was not a factor anymore...so i am going to see how it goes maybe...the one post stated i give too much info, but the applications ask about dui,s./

    for training, should i go with cr england, prime...trucking driving school will do me no good, since i would have a hard time getting on with lots of companies.

    I think that you are probably screwed at getting the convictions expunged but go for it. There is really no reason to expunge the convictions here unless you have come up with some new evidence that the testing method is unreliable.

    I am not trying to be unsympathetic and wish you the best of luck.
