If you think you might like to try to apply at Western Express -- read the following Forum thread -- then think again:
How do I play this game?

The cold, hard truth: the CDL job market right now is VER-RY TIGHT.
Even experienced drivers....with clean records...are having a tough time finding good work.
This trend may (or may not) improve next year.

If the conviction date is 2022, it could be dicey. Tell you what, before you get your license, give any company that takes new drivers on a call and ask them what their DUI policy is. Some may say 3 years. Others may say 5 years. Some may not hire at all. Each company is different. Call them up and see before you make any other moves.
