You can't change what has happened, but get a lawyer that specializes in DUI cases and that will get your charges lowered so you are not convicted of an OVI/DUI. Conviction will be on your record for life in most states now and will be a stain on your record forever. Good luck to you and hope you can beat the charge.

Got mine 20 years ago and was 2 years before I was insurable in a commercial vehicle again . -
Also after I got back to work I got a letter from great west saying if I ever got another DUI they would never insure me again .
