DUI question

yes It was very stupid of me and maybe this matters or maybe not, I was not drunk out of my mind I was smoking spice and I only smoked when done for the day, I was sitting at a facility where I was told I would be loaded the next morning and I could stay on their property about 8 pm a security guard said I had to leave. 20 miles out a cop pulled me over.

 

Blood test showed positive for cannaboids. I refused has long has I could the trooper threatened me with jail I then gave in. I went through a 9 month long court process, I had a long hair hippy lawyer who hated the system( you know one of those types) anyway he kept telling the judge it was a special circumstance case and he needed more time and one time the prosecutor did not show up. Anyway my lawyer had it all lined up I had very good chance of the charges being dropped, a new prosecutor came to town and threatened me with a drug felony charge so I folded and took a full DUI charge. My lawyer was not happy he was in the prosecutors office when the judge called my name trying to work something out.

 

what kind of info do you want

You got a DUI and you where able to collect unemployment wow that's a story we should be talking about. Ya I have tried a few local construction companies and small trucking companies even ones I thought were pretty shady no luck yet I am thinking O/O. Uber wont even hire me.
