Most likely nothing can be done. The FMCSA has implemented rules on ticket masking for cdl's. You might want to review them.

To a certain extent, it reminds me of my days back in the U.S. Navy, people who came from all walks of life.

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

Oh god..The perfect crew has woken up.Please people, get off the CROSS we need the wood. There is far far worse than a DUI..Keep in mind that a 1/2 a beer is a DUI...jokeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee money making machine for the RICH....We have far far more dangerous people in Big Trucks doing things that are far far more DANGEROUS than a 1/2 a beer...

Wowwww..I can't believe the Government has BRAINWASHED people into believeing that a 1/2 a beer is a DUI and dangerous...That is some funny stuff...

Again,if i would have had TTR back years ago,i would never have the nice life i have today..I would of been tossed under the bus.Thank God i had good ''forgiving'' drivers and people in my path...

Whats the difference between a driver with a DUI(this could have been a 1/2 a beer) and one that just got out of Prison for having sex with Minors.Or people that killed someone.Or people who were in for drugs..Or the Illegals that drive everyday in the USA without a CDL...??...
You shower at a truck stop and share a shower with these types of people. You do know this,correct.?..

The company I worked for in 2008 got notified by email, from the state, the instant you were convicted of any moving violation. We had a driver get an open container, he paid it and when he got to work the afternoon that he paid it, they asked him about it. Do what ever you have to do but hire a lawyer yesterday and fight it. DO NOT represent yourself. This will cost you between $ 5,000.00 and $ 15,000.00 or more. If convicted you will loose your hazmat and it will stay on your record forever. I know they say 7 years, but hireright goes back forever.

In professional driving it's a kin to being busted for child porn and demanding to remain in a job where you work with children.

    That’s utter nonsense.. drinking a keg of beer isn’t a DUI…
Or a form of career suicide for people who have poor enough judgment to drink any amount of alcohol and then get behind the wheel…
This isn’t exactly the best way to plead the case for drunk driving.

I cannot believe that there are still people who think that drinking and driving is OK in certain circumstances just if it’s a little drunk..

You’re simply one of the blob of truck drivers in the huge pond of truck drivers.. you obviously don’t care about professionalism or standards.. because trucking to you should be completely void of any standards and a dumping ground for people who cannot do anything else… and we wonder what happened to the professionalism in the industry? LOL!!! I DON’T!!!!
