Social security has become an entitlement.. when the program was started the age of entrance was set PAST the mortality age.. You talk about entitlements? You think drunks are entitled to drive trucks for a living.. yeah.. no entitlement mentality with you at all!! LOL!!!

I had a friend who went out for a few beers to celebrate the birth of his son... He only had a few, and did not seem dry.k at all.. on the way home he ran a red light and tboned a car.. killing two teenagers... He had no major injuries.. However b never recovered emotionallly.. he and his wife split and he rarely sees his son...

A couple years ago a few friends and I were out riding our motorcycles, a drunk driver swerved tos us, all but one was able to get out of the path of this drunk.. he was hit and dragged... He faught
hhard and painfully for his life for two weeks.. he left behind a wife a 3 young children..

I do not drink and drive because I don't want a ticket, or because I am holier then tho.. I drink and cab it.. because it Is a choice I can live with....

This is obviously puritanical nonsense to this guy.. wasting your breath dude.. I understand completely.. obviously and sadly.. there are still people who don't.. drinking and driving is OK.. its a plot by DA MAN to keep the working man down (Note for some here... that's sarcasm)

    I will AGREE TO DISAGREE...

I will say that i can't believe they allow Pedphiles and the hardened criminals to drive a truck.IMO they are much much WORSE than a guy getting pulled over in a CAR for 1 beer...ROLMAO.:biggrin_2553:..Do your homework.1 BEER in NY is DUI..Smoking 2 hits of a joint is DUI...Big Deal...

I will allow you and others to drink the DUI Kool-AID..

I hope it is a prank... But, unfortunately there are all too many drivers out their driving on suspended licenses... People with multiple DUIIs and feel they are the victim..

To the OP, if this is not a prank.. you need to really look at and evaluate the consequences of the choices you make.. not just on you, but your family, your friends, co-workers and all...

No one expects to have or be in an accident.. you could be stopped at a light and the car behind you hits you.. and there you are with no license and more trouble, more fines... And maybe worse..

When your in a hole, stop digging.. you are in the position you are in by making risky choices.. making more risky choices isn't going to get you out of it...

It is not 10 years though...Again he was not CONVICTED.He was only ''ACCUSSED''...
I myself used to drink and a BEAT 2 DUI ''Accusations''...Does this make me a BAD PERSON.?...NO it don't...I was never ever convicted. It was laughed out of court..And i earn 200,000 a year working for Landstar...

This whole DUI and DWI is a money making machine..Yes some people are Bombed and need the DWI.But others are being entrapped and wrongly accussed..
