Ok. Back again. Over time, the bags begin to leak on the side towards the pivot, or air supply side. I have had 4 Hendrickson bags leak in the same spot. They rupture. Is there supposed to be a regulator plumbed into the system prior to the bags? I have it plumbed to where it flows thru oem tank regulator but perhaps that is too much pressure. Thanks a bunch.

You could regulate the pressure down, but theres no reason those bags cant take 120psi 24/7. My hendrickson 46K air ride rears used to ride loaded at 110-120psi all the time on my Western Stat log tractor. Air bags are rated for the psi. You might more likely have rubbing, debris, and or alignment (binding) issues.

I believe it is a bind issue. Brackets went on as per instructions. Could be a ride height issue?
