I have pulled my buddies new 2017 MAC.... pretty impressive to have a upward bow in the trailer with 36,000 setting in the center. Light, and strong in my experience..... but who am I lol.

Btw this is not for high speed operation. Slow around corners, backing or uhhmm pulling on scales.

Dump the rear most spreads will scrub the rear axle They pivot on the front . What sucks is backing on uneven terrain when the load distribution changes from one axle to the other

A buzzer is a bad idea. Sometimes you need that axle dumped for a while and the last thing you want when you're trying to concentrate is BEEHEHHHHHHHHHHH going off the entire time. I've been there in a company truck before and it's brutal. I actually quit that job specifically because of the buzzer since they refused to disable it.

I use two QR-1 valves in the top of the bags, with atomufflers m series mufflers screwed into QR-1 each side. So the QR-1 must be threaded in the exhaust position. The solenoid can be on small line, it only controls crack psi. Now this is a little more in depth, and is for the guy looking to dump the air asap and very little noise. Refills quick too. So you never hear a noise except trailer creek some.

Parts house sold me euclid E-4325 to use for rear axle dump valve. Its normally closed and opens to exhaust when power is killed so it stays hots unless being dumped.

I would want it normally open, if a wire would break or otherwise lose power you don’t want the axle dumping.

You want a valve that when you put the power to it that it opens to dump the air not one that you have to keep power to all the time.Too many things to go wrong with the one you have.
