That is the program I use, and does what it says....
You just have to use some kind of shrink program or else you'll see your hard drive space quickly shrink...lol

Of course it works well.
After all it's made and supported by dvdFab.
Lol.
You guys are using DVDFAB and don't know it. I agree that dvdDecrypter works good. But it's NOT the best program for beginners as you have many steps and clicks to master before you can make a playable movie. DvdFab is much much easier for a beginner to understand and use. It gives you 2 choices when you insert your disk.
Copy Entire Disk
Copy Movie Only
Click one of the 2 and presto....YOUR DONE!
Nothing else to do. Nothing to move here or there and NO other programs needed. For the beginner who knows little about this, It is the simplist and easiest way.Lilbit Thanks this. -

I use DVDFAB because of the ease of use.
I like it because I can burn a DVD in 20 minutes without creating a file and Authoring a disk and all that mess. I just don't like to spend 10 or 15 minutes to prepare to burn a disk when I can click 1 button and be done with it.
You also can customize your movie anyway you like by taking out things you don't want like the annoying FBI warning and even the previews if you prefer. DVDFAB developed and supports DVDdecrypter. Decrypter works with DVDFAB to burn your disk. It's just all in one neat program so you don't have all that work to do. -
OK so heres another question, lol almost two months later. My wife has a laptop with a DVD burner on it...as well as Vista for the OS. I know that with XP, lots of times when you installed something, it didnt need a CD or exe...it was able to figure it out on its own how to run whatever was installed. Im wondering if Vista is the same as well in regards to burning DVD's...I havent tried yet. But, is it set up somewhat easier than on other OS's...so that you just can maybe drag n drop to the DVD player folder and the computer does the rest?
Thanks,
Zigs -
I would NOT recommend "drag-and-drop" DVD authoring, just like I wouldn't recommend D-N-D data CD creation. Sometimes you get an un-usable mess on the CD/DVD.
