You could put whatever kind of false bottom you want in them, but if its welded in, you're going to be able to see an outline of it from the outside. The bigger question is how are you going to be able to burn farm fuel for any amount of time without someone finding out about it, your supplier, your neighbor, your competition, etc. Go down that path if you want, but you're playing with fire.

 

Some people just have to stick their hands into fire to learn that yes indeed...Fire BURNS!!!!!!

 

I remember an episode of Candid Camera w/Alan Funt. Put a dry paint sign on bus bench and filmed all the people that would come up and touch it real easy to see if it was wet.

 

Candid Camera....The original AFV....But a helluva lot better....

 

I was just a kid but can still remember those. Best one was when Fannie Flag was driving car w/ no engine. They would push it down hill and she would coast into service station. Mechanic would come out to see what was wrong. She would say it was running great and just stopped. Poor schmucks would pull their hair out trying to explain to her that there was no way it could have run with no motor. Hilarious.

 

YEAH! What was the level of that level 1 inspection you just had!!!

 

Good Luck.............as someone just noted.....the fuel supplier will get curious about the quantity of off road fuel you purchase. He'll want to know where it's going and why. I saw a fuel supplier back charge the road taxes to someone for this very thing.............plus they still had the red fuel in their tanks to get rid of, with the possibility of getting stopped and a sample taken.

 

Just think with all the extra cash you're gonna save you can probably find some rates to cut. You'll get all the best loads because you'll be able to do it cheaper. However I'm gonna cut the rates again 'cause I'm not buying insurance or tags and I'm gonna just steal fuel from other peoples trucks! Yee haw, get it Billy Big Rig'r!!
