Only if it's an older unit. I wouldnt run ATF in newer common rail setups.

That was standard operating procedure for decades. Drain and pour in tanks and burn off. Back before recycling oil became a thing it was the only way to dispose of it without pouring it back in the ground.stillwurkin Thanks this.

If you bought it from a farmer or someone that can legally use dyed fuel just carry your bill of sale and dilute as much as you can. Proof of the last registered legal owner if bought through a dealer will help as well.BoxCarKidd Thanks this.
