Things changed roughly the mid 90's if not a little bit further back. But frankly it really got bad prior to round 1998.

DNA has gotten so good that with the right equiptment and a certain time frame of collecting it becomes almost possible to reconstruct the person in three dimension. I think they attempted some experiments to see if DNA will replicate a person properly as if you took a picture or even itself is a picture so to speak.

I also have a issue personally with forced collection of DNA. You probably can get it off my outside trashcan or doorknob or whatever in a few decades when things really get good on that end. (I wont be alive that long thank God...)

I'll spend some time to think about this. Im sure you are not the first to come up with this idea. But if the Truckers as a whole refuse to police up the body waste and use the bathrooms as they are intended to be used correctly, the Government might find a revenue stream in this thing. Not to mention a whole pack of poachers digging into truckstop trash cans looking for that gold. Ugh.

In short I am conflicted with this problem. One sides says it should have never been a problem and it's not acceptable and on the other hand you really cannot want to give Government more powers to enforce without the consent of the entire people. Something is structurally wrong if we have pee police roaming the Land.

I view it as hazmat, infectious material as well. It's bad enough I endure tests monthly but that doctor requires it because the State requires it of him. I have to prove that i have certain medicines in my system to maintain the access to medical care for that purpose.

Such a small step from that to enforcement.

Doesn't the military already collect some form of DNA or Bio marker off Active Duty as part of ID's now? If you start doing this to the entire Nation then Im not sure if I want to be around for the result of such a huge database potentially going back generations.

Montana is notorious for locking up their rest area bathrooms during winter. There’s been a few times I stopped to take a leak like a civilized human only to be denied by a padlock. I went ahead and watered their grass.

 

Nothing wrong with peeing in the grass or dirt. Animals do it. Just on concrete it seems not to go away.
