Swapped the hermiston load out in baker city with driver who was out of hours and took his load to woodburn…from woodburn reloaded down the street going o’fallon mo..

i then swapped that load out in grand island due to short on hours, and grabbed other driver’s load to hermiston…

after hermiston went to recover load in pendleton or from driver who broke down at kw, and took it stockton ca..

now dh to perris ca to pu going to edwardsville for sunday..

i stayed out for xmas but will be home new years..

also dynamic paid us drivers a xmas bonus on top of the holiday pay..

still chugging along..avg 3346 mi a week in 3mos here…

 

1.5 days for each week your out..i was out last trip out 4 wks and i took 6 days off..

 

Well after dropping in edwardsville i then pu there and went to Wilmer tx and delivered..from there went to central tx to grab loaded trl from driver to go home with..now home till Wednesday of next week…

ran my numbers for the last qtr of the year and compared them to shaffer from 3rd qtr and basically what my numbers have come to is this…based on those im on pace to make $12k more a year without the xtra $$ coming in 2023 from pay raise and holiday pay which will increase it by $20k yr..i’ve also taken off 12 days so far on top of 3day breakdown in idaho since I’ve been here..this company is an example of when compentant people run the show and know what they’re doing..everything from ops to the shop is well oiled machine in my opinion and by far the best company i have ever been with…

not many companies like this any more anyone who is at a company who operates like this, be very thankful for it because there are companies who can’t manage a lemonade stand out here..

 

..it still is better than most..in 3mos, I ve taken off 13days…they’re not really strict as long as you do your job here
