NY sausage company was the place..the building apparently was an old restaurant they took over..it is no way big enough for the these trucks to come in like they’re doing.

Thanks for the review, I miss doing reefer and true OTR running. Doing dry van now and the rates are crappy…trying to hold out at my current place, but the way things going probably will be looking for a change.

One question I have is, how do they handle the road closures out west? Are drivers paid to sit or is it just a hurry and wait? I did see that chaining up was at driver discretion.

Also how do those 389 trucks scale out with a heavy load?

As far as the road closures are concern we just sit and wait… I personally this winter I’ve only had a couple of times I’ve had to shut down… For two days in Cheyenne and one day in Central California waiting for the mountain passes to reopen Now if a customer approves to run a different route around the closure for example, I loaded out of Northern California last week, the bay area specifically, and the load was going to Iowa but as we all know, 80 has been screwed up the customer approve the extra miles to run all the way down to 40 and come back around that way… As far as scaling the loads out, I can generally haul almost 45,000 with this truck if it’s set right in the trailer…

At Dynamic are you splitting your sleeping schedule throughout the week depending upon the load or are you finding a consistent bed time?

I would say 98% of the time I run during the day where I might start my day at five in the morning that’s the earliest then may run until eight 9 o’clock in the evening at the latest… I can count on one hand how many times I’ve had to run with the overnight… it is very very rare in my experience over here Where are you had to run days one day and night, the next…
