Well...back when I was still driving and before I bought mine I worked as a company driver for Dynamic Transport out of Granite City, IL. I sure had nothing to complain about there. I pulled a reefer for the first month, then went to a soft side flatbed. I'd load out of Boeing in St. Louis with bomb parts, take it out to Washington and deliver it to the Army base on Indian Island. I'd then usually load a load of lumber....drop it in L. A...hook to another and take it to Louisville, KY. Bounce to the house from there......East Alton, IL. at the time....take a coupe of days off and do it again. Shoot....I was bringing home 7 and 8 hundred a week after advances..and I didn't pinch pennies on the road....I'd spend about 3 hundred a week. It was a good company. This was about 7 years ago or some such.
When they hired me, they gave me a new 379 Pete. The plastic was still on the seats....BRAND NEW! Can't complain about that. 4 1/4 CAt with a 13 speed. The had it governed to 83mph...so had no problems with life in the slow lane. Actually, as long as I can do the speed limit with enough left over for a good pass on occasion, I'm fine. The main thing is to PULL A HILL.
    Have a good one.

...ok...wrong name. Transit....not Transport. I guess I was typing this at the same time as another driver was creating his post....MODS..delete if you want....I'll move mine as a reply to the other.

Do the trucks have APU's? Built in refridgerator/freezer? Hows hometime? EZPass? Forced per diem? Pet friendly? Thanks for your time.

Some APUs, was moving to the battery run A/Cs and diesel fired bunk heaters, Some built in fridges, others are wired for it. Per Diem is per day, not per mile. (trust me you will prefer that) Pikepass for Okiehoma, which you will see often. not sure what the pet policy is but there is one, rider too.
That is as of 11/11 when i left, and i would be there now if my family issues were different. They were a good fit for me..... You will run with them.

Thank you for the info cuzzin it. When you say the per diem is by the day, how does that work? Do they pay 59 dollars a day? (or whatever the ammount is)
