Same function, it's just what Cobra calls it.They call their clarifier "voice Lock".

I'm not so sure. I am not certain and this why I ask but I believe they function differently. The mic gain is simply a microphone volume. Turn it up too much and get to close and you will be over modulated. Dynamike operates more dynamically it seems. No matter how high I turn it, it seems to compensate and I can't over modulate. Am I off here? Not that I desire it, but try as I might I cannot over modulate with dynamike.

That is a good thing, full blast may pick up background noise, wind and truck noise. Try it all the way up until someone says, hey that don't sound good.

Not getting it to overmodulate tells me one thing, no one has been in your radio messing it up. :Screwdriver:

Same thing,no difference from one to the other, other than the name.

Yep.Yep.Yep....Same exact thing...Just different manufacturers call it different names. But by any name, all it does is make your audio a little louder...Power Mic's do the same thing also if your radio doesn't have a Mic Gain knob, get a Power Mic...

If you are a soft talker then crank up that mic gain or dyna mic. All people have to do is ask if they are loud enough etc and adjust the gain accordingly.
