I'm saying that I bought mine and had it installed at Boomers. The only other Dynasys shop I have experience with is Rush Truck Center in Denver.
When my display went blank I took it to Rush because I was in town. They said I could drop the truck off, but it'd be 3 days before they could even look at it (this was early Friday morning).
When I arrived at Boomers in OKC, unannounced, they'd diagnosed and fixed the problem within 40 minutes (replaced display and computer).

Talk is cheap and I've had nothing but good experiences with Boomers. They know what they're doing and they're fast.

Boomer is the only one we take ours to. He installed it. You can try to get to Cantwell in Ft Worth, but in the summer you will have to wait 3 days. The guys down in New Braunfels are nice people, but they screwed up the install of a new AC compressor, & sent us on our way. Out in Oregon you need an appointment, Rush truck centers are new at the Dynasys and don't have the experience or parts. Boomer is the only one who can fix them right when you need it, that is the problem with the Dynasys, there's basically only one shop who can fix them in the US.

Now they've been sold to the company that makes PowerCube APU. They changed engines to CAT/Perkins and now have an ash can on the exhaust.

Don't see much promo on them though.

Just had a Dynasys with the CAT engine and shore power installed at Boomers in OKC on the 28th. Had a freightliner electric park smart system, spent $2400 on batteries in less than 2 years. I did keep the espar heater just in case the electric heat can't keep up in extreme cold. Taylor and his crew were fantastic!!! Extremely impressed with install and attention to detail.

Anybody with a G1D HVAC unit under their bunk, can you get me any part numbers off the side of your compressor? Mine is a little difficult to dig out.
