You got to be kidding me quality will screw you anyway they can.....I wanted to move my truck after the 90 day mark and was told any approved carrier so got approved by one then I was told no they can't have new trucks t680 they make and change the rules as they see fit
-
Go figure right

You guys are being ......messed with, I don't see why you just don't turn the trucks in and cut your losses. Celadon (and all the rest) are not being straight with you all, that alone should be reason enough for you all to quit....colors!, too new??????...BSJTT, freightwipper and Loke Thank this.

I know right as long as payments are made and they got title till payoff who cares what carrier you take it to provided there a approved carrier.

That first 5 years is a straight up lease. Just like the 52 week leases back in the day. It doesn't count at all toward purchase. That 65k at the end is the purchase part. It can be higher if you manage to snag a tractor with some actual resale value.fr8monkey Thanks this.

They care because they want to rip off their drivers throughout the term of the lease and haul cheap rates through their "approved brokers" which I'd sure they gotta do something if you know what I mean lol to get "approved".
It's a joke if you're PAYING for your truck and have been on time with payments etc etc that you can't leave with your leased truck if you want to.
A dude from Prime just left with his leased Prime truck and came over to Schneider with it.
As shady as people say Prime leases are at least you can take your truck with you somewhere else if you want.Lonestardriver15 Thanks this. -
