Yea not that good to Utah. Wish I'd stayed with our celadon trailer longer we was getting ups loads from Olney Illinois to Horsham pa like 900 miles for 3700 plus fuel then Phili to la ups 2700 miles at 6075 that's 2.25 a mile boy were did those loads go

 

Yes I agree I been following this thread for sum time now man I dont get why u guys are still there u guys struggling over there

 

That's no less than 1200 a week solo and he's seen 3500 also

 

Would love to go flat but my only Exp is unloading them

 

Oh I'm on my way out going to celadon. Expedited for Fed ex and ups all drop and hook no live loads eagle has already agreed We would do much better as a team doing those customers

He deserves it,he's inexperienced in this field,and comes off anymore as a total company shill....and I liked his input at first welcomed the chance to hear from somebody from the other end of the company,because I thought it would help us learn what more we can do to do well here...well that hasn't happened! He skews data,and doesn't understand what he sees in it....says is clear what successful operators are doing differently then those that don t make it,but doesn't say what that is! Comes here expounding knowledge and spewing the company line...without helping at all! So @EagleOps what's the secret? What are those successful operators doing that those that struggle do differently?

 

U think it's rough here on this forum? U should go to there facebook page,lol....talked to a couple of people over there too...it's the same but worse stories....here there's a little restraint and decorum,lol...not there....

 

F it,just approved for rehire at swift DONT know if I'll do that or not yet,but it's reassuring, f this....I don't need it anymore seriously.....this place (eagle)just makes me tired....and beat down...I was a happy driver before this....
