So you're paranoid then? I mean, if you don't trust myself or Eagle that's cool I suppose but there's still a base level of availability that your information needs to have in order to effectively do business.
For a very simple example, imagine you're having an issue but your normal OM isn't there. You call in and get another OM, if your information was locked down, you'd be out of luck. Doing that is impractical and obvious, so clearly other Ops staff need to be able to access your data.
Of course, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not all after you...
...but in this case it does. No one is after you.

You seem to think I have some peculiar interest in looking at what you've done or talking about it in this thread.
The problem with that is that I have repeatedly told you I wouldn't talk about the way you've run your business in this thread and I haven't, so you're just casting more and more accusations without anything to back them up. -
Could be. Third result as of right now (although not technically this thread)

Wow your googling the company to see where u land in search? Who's pAranoid really sir?poppapump1332 Thanks this.

I run mostly the MW, NE and SE ... and yes my DH is 10% ... The freight at the rate you want isn't necessarily going to be where you unload ... 10% is in he ball park for OTR and you can't simply ignore it.
That's how owners get in trouble ... looking at sunshine.
I used $660 for the tractor cost and $440 for the ancillary cost ...
Eagle Cargo Liab $ 15.00
Eagle Gen auto liab $ 75.00
QUALCOMM WEEKLY FEE $ 14.00
BOBTAIL INSURANCE $ 8.08
WC/OCC ACC $ 42.00
Eagle Phs/Dam $ 104.00
EAGLE TRAILR RENTAL $ 160.00
PLATES $ 28.00
$ 446.08
Maintenance is an additional $.07 ... You may get by with $.05 the first 18 months or so ... but is going to start ramping up ... short it now and you'll be short later.
The tolls stretch from Chicago to the NE a down the North Atlantic ... pretty much unavoidable in the areas where the good freight is ... and if you're going to hit that $1.78 on average you have to run there.
$2.43 is actually just the Midwest ... less California the East Coast/NE is actually higher than the national average ... neither here nor there ... we agreed on $2.50.
From a purely cost standpoint ... I don't know why you would pay Eagle to use the Comdata ... you can get a card directly from Comdata for a flat $28 dollars a month with a guaranteed minimum of $.01 and up $.12 off the cash price anywhere Comdata is accepted.
My suspicion is that given the present FUBAR that is Eagle, anything other than Eagles card is going to result in a mess on the IFTA.
Not realistic running OTR ... to get that kind of schedule, two things have to happen ... first and foremost you have to be living in the lanes where you can run those loops .. pretty much isolates you to the MW/NE and East Coast.
Second you have to have a relationship with a broker who has the freight that can keep you on the schedule ...
More realistic is going out for 6 to 7 weeks and coming home for a week ... rinse and repeat. -
Fun fact: It's literally how I get to this thread every time I read it. Yeah, I could probably bookmark it to make it easier but I only stop by every few days so I'm sort of lazy like that.
