Yeah it is Lone Star country in Indy. The week of the 04/13 they had used T680's in Kernsville NC and they had some nice use Columbia's at the Quality yard off of W. Raymond in Indy, it is where the Eagle office is, you go there to sign your Eagle contract once you get your truck in Indy, the Columbia's have the Cat C-15 bridge engine, super singles, auto trans, some are pretty decent inside, and I did see some Eagle folks looking at them when I was there, trouble is it is 12 miles from Celadon term, vans may take you there.

The Lone Stars have a great ride, but not a lot of storage, the cummins is rated for 450, but is set at 350 hp, and it does get pretty decent fuel mileage. I had a really light load of 11k going from Marion IN to Henderson NV and I averaged 7.8 mpg, on a 44k load I averaged 6.8 to 7 mpg @63 mph.

I just don't know about the lease terms...
625 week for 5 years then 70k balloon..
Then 250 week for 5 years on a reefer with a 40k balloon? That is scary to me. I know it's walk away but Dam!

Yeah,I don't ever actually expect to own or buy the truck and nobody else should either...your renting it to earn hopefully better than average to great weekly earnings,....... At least that is my expectations....why does everybody think they are going to own the truck? That's what's INSANE!
