East Pay and West Pay...please explain

    I have only did one walmart run and it paid me my reg pay for that one--was to dandrige al.

    A friend mentioned the lower pay to me when I was at $.32. He was right. Maybe they didn't catch it on yours?

    Doesn't matter to me either way. I get the same rate regardless. FSC changes in West Coast loads, but fuel costs more, too...and more rugged mountains.

    I get a Northeast bonus for loads in that area, but I make it a point to stay outta there if I can.

    Hazmat pays a little bonus, too.

    Ummm, I just delivered a Wal-Mart load not long ago, received my normal .40. Delievered another short one to Wal-mart and got .48.

    The Wal Mart pay scale is for the Wal Mart dedicated trucks....others who get "sucked in" from other fleets get their regular rate.
