That was my original goal getting out of school. I took the foreign service exam for State dept but didn’t get through. It’s extremely competitive. There’s a lot of reasons I want to drive. Mostly because I love solitude and listening to sports/political talk and podcasts. Always learning something.

Understandable; that's why I preferred the long coast to coast runs and didn't do well with local/regional. Many of us are that way; prefer the long runs and night driving.

I would do that in a heartbeat but I would miss my baby girl too much!

Only thing worse than regional is local.

I’m open minded. I don’t need the ultra max income at the expense of my wife. Regional seems a good start, but if the money is right driving a local trash truck or dump truck or whatever is fine too.

I’ll add that those huge f-ers with the steel spike wheels at the landfill are pretty cool too.

In that case, I'd put Reinhart Foodservice and Tidewater Transit at the top of the list.

I'm in agreement 100%. Many don't understand that's the way many of us feel.

Also. Never mentioned that I have a garnishment for about 6k of old student loan debt. I sure hope that’s not a job killer.

Most companies don't care about that. A few run credit checks, but most couldn't care less about your credit.
