Easy Taco Stand Salsa

I can’t recall how many times I’ve chopped up a Habanero pepper(especially in my omelet) and either went to the bathroom(like you mentioned) or rub my eyes….. talking about a wake up call

 

No shame in latex gloves. I get a case every couple months from a buddy who works in the food industry. Costs me like 20 bucks. Good for spicy foods, but also great when your dealing with raw meat, or other stuff you don't want to contiminate. I'd rather use gloves so as not to burn myself, or make myself vs having a bout with some kind of funky food disease/whatever.

I say it all the time, here is proof...tacos can be healthy!
