do they have chili? Waffle House has good chili

 

Looks like they're getting desperate... Most places I go the food isn't that good anyway, but it's still a sit down meal, if I actually want one...

I'll pass, I don't go there often enough to make it worth my wild.

 

I eat at TA or Petro if I'm constipated.

 

I know of a few good iron skillets and a few that aren't so good. Atlanta is not the best. N. Baltimore Ohio is crappy too. Knoxville is usually pretty good.

 

The Iron Skillet down in Hope Hull AL (just south of Cullman), at the 299 off I-65, is one of the best around. That was one of the fullest buffets--and best steaks--I'd ever had. And for $13, I call that a sweet deal.

Dodge City actually. But yeah that is a good one but it started as a steakhouse.

 

Iron Skillet? I don't think so. My rule is to never eat from a buffet. Especially one at a truck stop. Far to many slobs that are too stupid to wash their hands after relieving their bowels in a bucket in their sleeper (or even in the restroom). Not to mention their "food" just plain sucks. And when you order from the menu, if anything you ordered is on the buffet, they will get it from the buffet. Not happening.
