I say whatever you can fit into a duffle bag. Dry soups, ramen, protein bars, peanut butter, plastic spoons/forks/knives, granola or bulk trail mix, crackers, etc. If your trainer gives you any room in the fridge, ask if he/she could roll by a grocery store so you can get some hard boiled eggs, jam, milk or yogurt. You can usually access a microwave and get hot water the truck stops. At least then, you don't have to live on McDonald's and hot dogs. You can also buy those 2-packs of peeled hardboiled eggs and fruit cups at Love's, TA and FLJ. Eggs + banana + cup of coffee make a pretty cheap not-junk breakfast.

Try to speak with the potential trainer about his idea of what is tolerable for you both. Then go from there. There are tons of options.

BEANS ! CHILI BEANS, PORK N BEANS, PINTOS , BLACK BEANS.... and if you're lactose intolerant. .. a half gallon of milk per day.

You're gonna need a CB handle, too. Might I suggest "Blazing Saddle"?

$11.00 This is lunch & dinner. Used microwave at the J to heat up the dinner portion. 20160127_112332.jpg During winter it necessary to put gravy on everything, even pastries. 20160126_084413.jpg
