Eaton 9 Speed splitter problem

That is a tight spot working through the shift boot hole, exhaust on the right and question if much can be done over the fuel tank on the left. Maybe able to work on it a little better with the driveshaft removed. Would not thank the trans would need to be removed. Sounds like your mechanic should do that for you. Good Luck.
