    The Art of getting it dismissed: I watched a video taken from the 194 Car/Truck pileup...observed a Tanker Truck that stopped safely...What i did not observe was the multiple vehicles behind that Tanker truck stop safely; hire a lawyer & see what happens.

    Ques: is this your truck or Carriers: what type of tread design is on your truck drive tandems, tread depth. During the winter months, you will want multi-directional tread design for increased traction. Also, the tread depth you will want to increase from 2/10" to 6/10'. Reviewing these two characteristics and you may find that your increased loss of control was shared by other peoples choices...

    well when i ran local there, i got zapped in Jackson Co. i dont remember how much over now, but it wasnt much..and the cop was a CREEP...i ran everywhere else in MI with no probs but i always behaved thru Jackson Co after that

    About time they started giving "too fast for conditions " in Michigan people follow way too close in near whiteout conditions and still try to go 5 over posted limit till someone messes up ... Don't drive faster than your guardian angel can fly is a forgotten motto nowadays
