ECM wiring problem

    I am having trouble with a 2001 t800 with a c15. It has a short somewhere The Mechanic said that the wire in pin 70 in the ecm plug should always have power but it does not. Anybody know where this wire goes?

    I have had the same problem on 3 trucks,its the plug on the firewall near the heater box on the inside of cab and its the top wire on the drivers side looking in from the dash
