ecu128 code, what is it?

Check Engine Light came on with this d1AC

Ecu 128 Sid 326 Fail 02
2010 Freightliner BCM2 106
With Cummings 6.7 and Allison Transmission.
With a Fec stick tire boom. With a PTO.
Just spent five thousand on this truck.

 

I have a 2010 Freightliner BCM2 106
With Cummings 6.7 with exaust filter system.
Just spent five thousand dollars last month on this truck. It is a tire truck.
The check engine light is staying on.
Here is what I am getting.

I have cleaned the waste gate. And the egr sensor. And still have the codes and check engine light on

 

I have a 2003 Freightliner Columbia and code ECU 128 came on Check engine came on, speedometer went to zero and lost power can only go up to 1400rpms. Can someone give me input on what might be wrong.

 

These codes pop up fail 01 pid 111

 

I found 2 fail codes fail 04 51d 254 next is fail 01 p1d 111

I have 2008 freightliner Columbia Detroit 60 with the front half of the def filter new and back half has been cleaned ( baked out twice) new egr cooler becouse of leak cleaned egr valve ,cleaned injector dozer it was a cligged with soot n blocked.got all together ran truck for 12hrs pulled 6 loads the check engine light is on the (stop) light is on and the clean filtrr light is on so i park push the button to clean and nothing happends it is driving me to drink, please help , ,i got the stop light to flash a 16 and 24 the engine light to flash 15 and 31 any clue?

 

Who did the work? Dealer? After doing all of that work the "ash accumulator" must be reset to zero with Diagnostic Link program. Dealer knows this, other shops may not.
